I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was nestled in the hills above the city, offering stunning views of the mountains and sea. I also appreciated that there were two fantastic restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for me to try local cuisine. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the lady at reception who spoke multiple languages. She even carried my baggage to my room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, particularly the beautiful garden with its palm trees and tranquil atmosphere.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The pool areas were nice and well-maintained, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that there were two swimming pools to choose from depending on one's preference.
The cleanliness was unacceptable as there were ants all over the kitchen, and the staff seemed unreachable whenever we needed assistance. the kitchen was not equipped adequately, and we had to contact housekeeping to bring us basic necessities like bread and toiletries.

Had a lovely New Year break at a budget-friendly complex with complementary fruit and biscuits provided. Located in a rural area and surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and sea. Great for those who enjoy peace and quiet. Rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided.
We found some maintenance issues such as broken furniture and a faulty heater. Also, the location was a bit remote, with no shops or beach within walking distance.
